Who: Chad Barrett and Bart Matheny of Aquila Commercial represented the landlord, Hines Holdings Inc. Jerry Frey of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
Details: Gerson Lehrman renewed its lease of 19,750 square feet, the entire ninth floor. The consulting firm also expanded its lease by 10,000 square feet on the eighth floor. The office building, constructed in 1986, contains 418,000 square feet over 22 floors.
