Who: The site was developed by Capital City Partners. Bart Matheney, Mike Murphy and Chad Barrett of Aquila Commercial are the leasing agents.
When: The building is scheduled to be open to tenants by midsummer.
Details: The 115,000-square-foot building is part of a development wave that is adding offices, apartments and retail along West Fifth Street west of Lamar Boulevard. It is also the first major new downtown-area office building since 2001. Capstar is fully preleased. Major tenants are to include BBV Compass Bank , Capstar Investment Partners LP, Girling Healthcare Texas LP and DMX Inc.
