Zane Cole

Zane is the Industrial Specialist at AQUILA Commercial and focuses on assisting clients interested in leasing, purchasing or selling Industrial real estate. Zane began his real estate career at HPI Corporate Services where he gained experience in the Central Texas commercial real estate market as an Industrial Tenant Representative. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Zane served as a software engineer as well as a technical marketing engineer in the semiconductor industry. With a technical background, Zane brings his analytical skill set to every transaction.

Zane has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas in Austin. He had a successful collegiate career in track and field at The University of Texas and additionally as an elite-level athlete on the professional circuit.
 
Zane consistently ranks in the Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” Top 10 list for Industrial brokers.  He is currently an active member of the Central Texas Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA) and the local chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).  Additionally, Zane serves on the board for TAPN, which is an organization of former University of Texas athletic letter winners.

Zane and his wife Marie have one daughter.
