Robert Shore

Robert Shore joined AQUILA Commercial at its inception as a member of the Asset Services Team. His primary responsibilities in the Asset Services department include leasing office and industrial properties.

Robert began his career in real estate at HPI and joined Pyramid Properties in 2006.  He brings over 20 years of financial and property management experience to his position. With a background in both finance and property management Robert brings an operational understanding to each transaction, which assists him in negotiating the best deal for his clients.

Robert primarily represents the owners of institutional quality office and industrial property. His list of clients includes Sage Land Company, Capital City Partners, Divco West and McShane Development Company. Over the previous two years Robert has participated in over 75 transactions and leased over 550,000 SF, making him one of the more prolific producers at AQUILA Commercial.

Robert attended both Syracuse and San Diego State Universities, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. As a scholar-athlete he was a member of the Syracuse Orange and the 1986 WAC Champion San Diego State University Aztecs football teams. Passionate about the game of football and the lessons that can be learned through sports, Robert has coached young athletes at the elementary, middle and high school levels.
