Cerqa - Consolidation achieved what resulted in a finish out allowance that could be used for moving costs
Austin Community College – Evaluated opportunities that could accommodate an above average parking need.  Identified a stand alone building with no charge for the additional parking
Austin Community College - Disposed of 1.5 acre site through a public bid process that created a sales price that was 62% higher than area comps
SHW Group – Negotiated a long-term lease downtown; in addition to disposing of a 9,400 SF space with no risk to SHW Group
Celerity - Short-term renewal that cut their base rent by 50%
Clifton Gunderson - Created a competitive environment which ultimately eliminated any out of pocket expense and lowered the average rental rate by over $3.00/SF
