Joe Simmons

Joe has over 25 years of experience in office leasing, development and acquisition. He has represented tenants and owners in leasing and development of over one million square feet of office space and has been involved in purchases and sales of over $100,000,000 in assets. Also a licensed attorney with a degree in accounting, he has an extensive background in legal and financial issues related to commercial leasing and acquisition.

Prior to working with AQUILA Commercial, Simmons was a partner with Bourn Partners Texas, Ltd. He also served as one of two Austin Directors for Prentiss Properties. Simmons belongs to the Texas State Bar Association, and was a past member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He acquired his J.D. from
Baylor University School of Law where he was the recipient of the Advanced Land Practice Award.
