Craig Couch

Craig Couch is a commercial real estate broker with the Tenant Representation team of AQUILA Commercial. Prior to joining AQUILA, Craig was with Endeavor Real Estate Group, a local brokerage and development firm, where he specialized in representing office and industrial users. Mr. Couch started his career at a local tenant representation firm, Don Cox Company, in 2000.

Craig brings almost 10 years of experience in structuring creative and timely real estate solutions for his clients.  During this period, he has successfully completed over 250 transactions in the Greater Austin Area.

Notable 2007/2008 Transactions

•    Coremetrics Inc. – Represented Coremetrics as their tenant representative in Subleasing 31,031 sf of office space.
•    Direct Buy Inc. – Represented Direct Buy as their buyer representative in purchasing a 30,078 sf building.
•    Teksavers Inc. – Represented Teksavers as their tenant representative in easing 20,000 sf of industrial space.
•    TAG International Inc. – Represented TAG International as their buyer’s representative in purchasing a 10,667 sf office building.
•    Rigaku, Inc. – Represented Rigaku, Inc. as their tenant representative in leasing approximately 19,000 sf of industrial space.

Achievements
