Craig Andrus

Craig has been instrumental in some of the Austin area’s most prominent land assemblages and acquisitions over the past three decades and has extensive experience working projects spanning every discipline, from industrial and retail to multi-family and single-family residential.

Craig has represented many commercial real estate buyers and sellers, including a major grocery store chain and has been active in representing both retailers and retail landlords throughout his career.

In his free time Craig enjoys hunting and fishing in the outdoors, home construction projects and spending time with his family and dogs.

• 102-Acre Land Acquisition in Round Rock, TX – subsequently divided into a 37-acre single-family tract, a 26-acre multi-family tract and a 38-acre grocery-anchored tract with pad sites
• 45-Acre Land Acquisition in Cedar Park, TX – subsequently divided into a 21-acre grocery-anchored retail center, a 16-acre Home Depot Home Improvement center, pad sites and a 7-acre mixed-use development parcel
• 107-Acre Land Assemblage in Leander, TX – subdivided into a grocery-anchored shopping center, pad sites and a residential development
• 110,000-SF Lease at Plaza Volente – a grocery-anchored shopping center in Northwest Austin
