Chris Perry, SIOR, CCIM

Chris Perry is a Principal with AQUILA Commercial. He has worked on numerous high profile assignments in the Austin market and brings over seventeen years of experience in structuring creative real estate solutions for clients. Chris specializes in local and national tenant representation accounts. Prior to AQUILA Commercial, Chris was with The Trammell Crow Company for eight years. Before his departure from Trammell Crow, he was the division leader responsible for the Tenant Representation team.

•    Kolar Advertising - Represented Kolar Advertising as their tenant representative in leasing 26,784 sf.
•    Sony Online Entertainment - Represented Sony Online Entertainment as their tenant representative in leasing 37,492 sf.
•    World Wide Technology - Represented World Wide Technology as their tenant representative in leasing 68,000 sf.
•    Ryder Logistics - Represented Ryder Logistics as their tenant representative in leasing 89,623 sf.
•    Four Hands Imports - Represented Four Hands as their buyer representative in purchasing a 70,383 sf building.
