Ben joined AQUILA Commercial in May of 2011. Prior to joining AQUILA Commercial, Ben served as a Trustee and Corporate Treasurer to the Board of Directors at College Houses Cooperatives, a non-profit student housing cooperative in Austin, Texas. With College Houses, Ben reviewed all financial documents, contracted with professional services, and represented the company to members of Congress, Austin City Council, and over 500 fellow students.
As an Analyst in the Market Research division of AQUILA Commercial, Ben provides insights to commercial real estate contract negotiations through the statistical analysis of lease, investment, and other economic data.
