Angela McGrady joined AQUILA Commercial in January 2009. Prior to AQUILA, Angela served in various administrative roles since 2006, for Colonial Properties Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) headquartered in Birmingham, AL. Before beginning her career in Commercial Real Estate, Angela held a plethora of administrative positions in higher education, architecture, clinical research, residential property management, and title & escrow.
• Provides administrative/accounting support to the Asset Services Team
• Collaborates with Marketing Department; coordinates presentations and proposals
• Disseminates marketing information in response to requirements
• Maintains Lease Control Books for Brokers
• Performs initial draft of monthly reports, proposals, letters of intent, lease documents, listing agreements
• Maintains prospect list of new deals in the market and provides reports to Brokers
• Oversees billing on marketing items billed back to clients and done deals including commissions
