Victor Young

Victor Young joined AQUILA Commercial in March 2007 as a member of the Investment Advisory group. His primary duties include assisting clients with the acquisition, management, and disposition of assets by providing underwriting, due diligence, transactional, and capital market services. Victor is also active in economic and market research and participates extensively in AQUILA's research efforts.

Victor joined AQUILA after serving as in-house counsel for Development Associates of Central Texas, a single-family residential development firm. In his role at Development Associates, Victor participated in the development and sale of nearly 300 residential lots throughout Travis, Williamson, and Bexar counties.

• 400 Bowie - Negotiated acquisition of 20,00 SF Class A office building on behalf of SXSW Festival
• 26th and Nueces land site - Negotiated land lease for student housing site adjacent to UT campus
• Village Shopping Center - 178,000 SF acquisition, refinancing, and renovation of prominent Austin shopping center. 
• Brushy Creek Corporate Center – 265,000 SF flex development in NW Austin; raised funds and negotiated ownership terms for limited partner
• 1801 N. Lamar - negotiated sale of 30,000 SF office building to user/owner
• Springtown Mall – Recapitalization of 200,000 SF shopping center in San Marcos
• Shermco Industries – Acquisition of raw land for flex office build to suit project
• Pastoral Center - Disposition of 12,000 SF with seller financing
