Mike Murphy

After spending the past 15 years developing one of Austin’s largest property management and project leasing companies, Pyramid Properties, Inc., AMO®, Michael J. Murphy founded AQUILA Commercial. By identifying assets, completing due diligence, securing loans and closing the sale of assets, Mr. Murphy has successfully assisted numerous Austin investors in managing and expanding their local portfolios. He has bee involved in over $200,000,000 in investment sales.

Prior to founding Pyramid Properties, Inc., AMO®, in 1992, Mr. Murphy was a Regional Manager for Comprop Management Corporation based in Houston, Texas and Wilson Schanzer based in San Antonio, Texas overseeing portfolios consisting of two to three million square feet throughout Texas.
