• Hotze Runkle - Relocated and expanded twice downtown; reduced landlord’s initial proposal by over $4.00/SF and secured a space from an existing tenant
• Austin Community College - Disposed of 1.5 acre site through a public bid process that created a sales price that was 62% higher than area comps
• SHW Group – Negotiated a below market long-term 22,000 SF lease downtown; in addition to disposing of a 9,400 SF space with no risk to SHW Group
• Celerity/Ichor Systems - Leveraged the market that ultimately cut their base rent by 50% on a 70,000 SF facility
• Electronic Arts/BioWare - Negotiated a 50,000 SF lease for EA/BioWare in which the new landlord paid for EA/BioWare’s termination penalty in addition to providing an above market finish allowance
• RGM Advisors - Restructured their existing lease 30 months from expiration saving RGM over $650,000
