Jim Rourke

Prior to joining AQUILA Commercial, Jim Rourke began his career as a leasing assistant for Pyramid Properties, serving in both leasing and marketing functions. Jim also specialized in space planning. He has served in a leasing capacity over the last year and is currently leasing La Costa Corporate Park, The Commons, and assisting with retail leasing. In addition to his leasing activities, Jim assists with asset disposition, market research, and user representation.

After obtaining his degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Jim furthered his studies at the University of Texas, studying 'Radio, Television, and Film.' In 2006, Jim completed Computer Aided Drafting training at Austin Community College and obtained his Texas Real Estate License.
